6. Accident-Tool App

We only store non-personal data on reported traffic accidents: Accident location, accident time, vehicle type, insurance involved.

The personal data entered on the app is not shared with anyone except for the information necessary for the accident. All data is only stored on the devices used at the scene of the accident. The accident report with the necessary data is only reported to the persons involved in the accident (specified e-mails) and the relevant insurance companies. Basel Business Group Solutions does NOT collect any data that allows conclusions to be drawn about the persons or vehicle owners involved. We only store the data that we need for further billing to the insurance companies concerned. As mentioned at the beginning, no personal data is stored that allows conclusions to be drawn about persons (drivers and owners).

How long we store your data

If you write a comment, it will be stored indefinitely, including metadata. In this way, we can automatically recognise and release follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue. For users who register on our website, we additionally store the personal information they provide in their user profiles.
